| Playing and Coaching Profile |
I have played tennis professionally in both Japan and in the US. I have played on the ATP circuit, whilst I have also travelled to the US to play in tennis invitation tournaments. I have played in all of the JTA National tournaments in both the singles and doubles divisions with some memorable wins. I have been coaching now for 20 years, coaching in both Australia under the guidance of Mal Murphy, whilst I have also successfully coached in Japan. In Japan I was coaching top representative junior players. From that role I moved on to a more consistent coaching role, working at a high school located in Saitama, where I successfully coached students in tennis for 3 years. |
